In this field of activities,we undertake operational, legal and accounting duties on behalf of those individuals and companies which are delegating their business activities to our firm as their trustee.

Our duties as trustee, include:

• ensure that the trust property is vested according to the terms of the trust
• never enter into any transaction with the trust
• act solely in the interest of all beneficiaries
• manage the trust property in a prudent and businesslike manner
